| Book Release Party - Apr 2009 |

On April 4, 2009, we held a Stock The Food Pantry Concert in Fellowship Hall at Bower Hill Community Church. We combined the raising of money for mission with a social event for the members. We raised over $600 and collected 125 food items for local food pantries. The social event consisted of the Book Release event with Jay Hitt performing his music. The last song of the first set was "Tracy Loves Ray". Jay gave background on his writing of the song with Theresa discussing her process of creating the book. At the intermission Jay and Theresa signed CDs and books. A portion of the CD and book sales when to the food bank. |
